Indiana’s weather, not so much.
Last week was t shirt weather, this week looks to be sweater weather, if I wore sweaters that is.Really crazy weather makes for really crazy times indeed. Temperature fluctuations of 40 degrees. Rain one day and sleet the next. Put it all together and it makes for a sick me. Yes I know they say that cold weather doesn’t make you sick but someone needs to tell my body!
The last few weeks have been spent battling one illness or another. Colds, sinus infections, and even a bought of stomach flu, so much for the stupid flu shot. But now I am feeling normal, as normal as I can that is. Fell behind on some projects that I have to get done and then I can get back to writing music. I have a few tunes rattling around in my head that need to come out soon!
I want a Drobo Mini
I am seeing my hard drives getting ravaged by my music as I compose and experiment. It takes up way more room than I thought it would.
That’s why, in a bid to win a contest. I am writing this post about the Drobo Mini which is basically a system for running up to 4 one terabyte drives at once. Massive storage plus redundancy. So far every time I have tried to post to my site it has went down either before I got here or shortly after I logged in. Very frustrating, especially when the host can’t seem to fix it.
I have been so busy lately, getting ready for the stormy season and still trying to find time to write new songs. Plus the occasional side gig shooting photos. There’s just not much left of me, I’m being pulled in so many directions.
The Bible tells me that the Lord will not give me more than I can handle, I wish he didn’t have so much confidence in me some days!

Just in time!
So the writers block cleared up just in time for me to get sick again. This is why I dislike winter so much. I spend the majority of it feeling like crap.
I have been working on some new stuff though as well as things that would only be performed live, something to look forward to. The hard part, I’m discovering, is that most of my music is programmed and all I do is launch it and stand there. I can’t dance, yeah I know, irony. So I have to work up a show as well. Blegh
